What we collect
When you join the Prompto waitlist, we collect your email address, your self-reported role, and your stated learning goals. When you take a quiz, we collect your answers, score, and time taken — no account required. We use PostHog for product analytics, which captures interaction events (quiz started, answers selected, waitlist submitted) associated with an anonymous session ID.
How we use it
Your email is used only to notify you when your Prompto access is ready, and occasionally to share relevant product updates. Quiz data is used in aggregate to improve quiz quality and inform what practice content we build next. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data storage
Waitlist data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Analytics data is processed by PostHog (EU region). Both providers are GDPR-compliant. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at privacy@getprompto.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use no advertising cookies. PostHog sets a single first-party analytics cookie to maintain session continuity. You can opt out of PostHog tracking by enabling Do Not Track in your browser.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and notify waitlist members by email.
